A finish ....

Big day today - finished a birthday present for a dear friend......

She's a huge Elvis fan but doesn't like blue... I know it's blue but it was all the fabric I could find. This is the 4th NCP I've made and each one gets a little better - they take a while but worth the effort.

A very busy week

I've tried to stay away from the computer this week and it's amazing what I've achieved....

The first of 10 angels....

4 button pin cushion angels....

2 jute Christmas trees and an up cycled book and tea cup to create another Christmas tree....

3 pencil rolls for our Scout Raffle and auction

And a proud mum moment DD1 went to Sydney last week for a leadership course with scouts (she was sick for the whole week but had a great time).

Summer Mini

I received a beautiful mini in the post today. Kim is a very clever girl (and must have done some stalking lol). She adapted a pattern from a favourite designer of mine (Rosalie Quinlan) and used fabric from another favourite of mine (Lynette Anderson) ...
