Summer Mini

I received a beautiful mini in the post today. Kim is a very clever girl (and must have done some stalking lol). She adapted a pattern from a favourite designer of mine (Rosalie Quinlan) and used fabric from another favourite of mine (Lynette Anderson) ...

MIA - lost connnections

Well I've had a very productive week thanks to my laptop being sick and my phone following closely behind! My laptop stopped working on Thursday and following (what felt like hours) on the phone to Samsung I've had to return it to be fixed. So no connections with the outside world.... To be honest I've quite enjoyed it; it's amazing what I can fit in but I have missed out on what my bloggy friends have been up to and FNSI. I've finished my 12" mini - Summer Theme unfortunately the photo's on my phone on its way to Sydney!! I've also made some other goodies but I'll share that news in a later post...

Young Charlee is settling in really well - her body is starting to fit her head; Milly has decided she's here to stay and will share her bed.

Goodbye bloglovin..

Still can't get Bloglovin to work so I've deleted my account (I may regret this later when I can't remember my favourite blogs). I'm going to research wordpress and feedly.

I can still "find" blogs on blogger so that will just have to do for now.

Help please..

Most of my favourite blogs I follow through Bloglovin but the last couple of days I've been having problems with it. Can anyone help? I get the daily email feed but when I click on a post all I get is a blank page with the header telling me how many unread posts I have. Each one I click on still gives me a blank page. Any ideas bloggy friends??

It's very frustrating ........ I'll just have to go back to

Ark Angel Creations

More exciting venture news; a good friend and myself (both in need of a career change and having health issues) are going to make craft items and sell them [positivity at work there]. We've decided on a name "Ark Angel Creations" which is a combination of our names and DH's - we did initially come up with "Dark Angel" as that's where we're both at but felt it didn't quite portray the right image LOL. 

We're still in the very early stages but are full of enthusiasm and determination. We've decided on a logo and created some handmade tags. Our first creations are made; wine glass markers and Christmas decorations - just need to work out prices and where to sell now. Like most crafters we have more ideas than hands or time to make them.... but it's good to have something to focus on with an equally enthusiastic friend. Here's some of our creations....
